Nobel laureate & former Energy Secretary endorses Our Beautiful Planet
“In this historic moment, the most rational and reliable source for solutions to the challenges we face is science. That’s why we need to do everything we can to raise people’s awareness and understanding of scientists and the work that they do, especially in the realm of climate. And that’s precisely what Our Beautiful Planet does.”
In a recent letter, Dr. Steven Chu voiced his support for Kikim Media’s groundbreaking series of short documentaries profiling the work of scientists studying impacts of climate change in the United States. Dr. Chu is a co-recipient of the 1997 Nobel Prize in Physics for his revolutionary work in developing methods to cool and trap atoms with laser light and later served as Secretary of Energy from 2009-2013 during the Obama administration.
