Synopsis

The Committee for Democracy in Information Technology (CDI) is an innovative organization that helps poor people gain access to technology and improve their lives. This eight-minute video tells the stories of several remarkable individuals who have transformed not only their own lives but also their communities as a result of their work with CDI. The organization is operating in 20 Brazilian states and 10 other countries, and now is working to expand in Latin America as well as Africa and Asia.
